Jojo kickstarts this brand new season of Letting Go, by travelling to Japan, also known as the 'Land of the Rising Sun'. She visits some of Japanâs most historically famous and breathtaking 'onsens', known as hot springs with spectacular ocean views, including an 'onsen' in the ancient village of Hongu, surrounded by mountains. After immersing herself in these healing waters, she gets up close and personal with some incredible animals in Adventure world, from pandas, to giraffes to African elephants. She then learns how to make her very own maki roll in her first lesson in sushi with Japan's renowned pickled apricots, called 'Umeboshi'.
